Refund policy

If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we are happy to issue a refund for non-commission pieces either in the form of a store credit or a refund to the original form of payment. Returns, in unused condition, are accepted within 30 days from the time of purchase.  Original shipping fees as well as the cost of the return shipping will not be refunded. Please contact us at info@coldbrookepottery.com to notify us of the return.

Whilst all of our pottery is carefully packed, the shipping process can occasionally go awry.  If your pottery arrives damaged, please contact us right away at info@coldbrookepottery.com.  Save all packaging and take pictures of the packaging as well as the damaged piece so that a claim can be initiated.
